Greetings from Uvenux. If you’ve recently made a purchase from our website, depending on the product or item purchased, you may experience a delay in the date of shipment and therefore delivery of your Parcel. The reason for this delay is the following:
Uvenux manufactures and distributes about 35% of its product line from the U.S. The remaining percentage of products is outsourced to China, Indonesia, New Zealand, Netherlands and India for either assembly, manufacture or distribution.
As a result of the novel coronavirus outbreak, many Chinese businesses and factories, including several from which we outsource, are currently unable to ship to anywhere outside of China. If you’re experiencing delays with your order/s, particularly with shipment, this is likely the reason why.
According to Chinese sources, trading activities are set to resume on February 19th 2020. If trade is indeed resumed, Uvenux will ship all delayed orders immediately. Otherwise, all orders will be refunded.

How to track my order:
- All orders WILL be shipped out within the first five business days after purchase. Once your order ships, and tracking becomes available, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number along with the carrier information for your package.
- If you do not receive the tracking information within the first five days after purchase, it only means tracking is still unavailable but the parcel has been shipped. Once tracking becomes available, you'll receive an email containing the tracking info.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on the shipping option you selected, once an order has been processed and shipped, it can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks to arrive ( varies by location ). We will send you a confirmation email once your package has been sent!
(However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will be included (If Applicable).
- Please allow more time for delivery during holidays and sales.
- We hope that 'customs' does not hold your package and that you are not approached with any fees but please be aware that we do not cover nor can we be held responsible for delays or charges due to customs/taxes.
