Track My Order
Due to an unforeseen raise in social media exposure, we're experiencing a spike on orders which may affect our standard shipping/delivery time. We're working diligently to prepare and ship all orders as soon as possible. We understand the frustration of having to wait for your order longer than expected, but one thing we don't want to sacrifice is the quality of our service. How to track my order:
- All orders WILL be shipped out within the first five business days after purchase. Once your order ships, and tracking becomes available, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number along with the carrier information for your package.
- If you do not receive the tracking information within the first five days after purchase, it only means tracking is still unavailable but the parcel has been shipped. Once tracking becomes available, you'll receive an email containing the tracking info.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on the shipping option you selected, once an order has been processed and shipped, it can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks to arrive ( varies by location ). We will send you a confirmation email once your package has been sent!
(However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will be included (If Applicable).
